Returns
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is unused and in original condition
Return Window:
Within 7 days of delivery
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- Include invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised / personalised products
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items returned after 7 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund will be approved within 2–3 days
- Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
- Original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank)
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side → Free return pickup
- If return is customer-initiated → shipping charges may apply
